Happy Tuesday! As you many have noticed, this isn’t our standard episode release Tuesday post. Because this isn’t a standard Tuesday for Eric, Leigh, and the intrepid Boston terrier, Jozy.
Yesterday on our way back to Montana after visiting family in Washington, we were in a collision involving our tiny house on wheels and a pick up truck pulling an excavator. Happily, all parties involved walked away, some with more lacerations, bumps, and bruises than others, but walked away nonetheless.
Sadly, our tiny house on wheels was destroyed. Essentially, we’re homeless which is an extremely odd feeling. Friends and family have reached out offering help, a place to stay, and their love and support.
Today we’re counting ALL of our blessings from a road side hotel.
We’ll be back in the saddle shortly and will have another As We Eat episode for your listening pleasure. Until then, hugs your kids, your mom and dad, your grandmas and grandpas, your neighbors. And count ALL of your blessings.
Oh, no, I’m so sorry to hear this! I’m glad everyone was able to walk away. I hope things have been looking up the past couple of days and that you’re up and running again soon!
Oh, my goodness. Very glad all walked away. I look forward to you getting back on the road and on producing on Substack.
